GENERAL
What are the hours of operation?
The Fear Reach property opens at 7:00 p.m. nightly, the attractions will open at dark. Lines will close at 11:30 p.m. and we ensure that everyone in line at that time has a chance to experience the attractions. Please see our Calendar for general open dates.
How long is the wait in line?
Your wait in line can vary from night to night! Generally, there will shorter lines earlier in the season. We will do everything we can to make sure guests experience the haunted houses as close to their time as possible. This year we are requiring people to purchase their tickets in advance, which will likely help to eliminate long lines. We will have beverages and snacks for sale in the queue line and midway area. Must be 21+ to purchase an alcoholic beverage.
Do you have restrooms available?
Yes, restrooms and porta-johns are available on site.
What time does the line start forming?
Entrance lines often begin forming 30 minutes before our scheduled opening time; however, they are often earlier on Fridays and Saturdays in October.
TICKET RESERVATIONS
Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets must be purchased online and in advance of your visit at www.Fearreachscreampark.com. You can either print your ticket or present it on your phone.
Why do I have to select a time?
The time on you select at checkout is when you are able to enter the park. No admittance before your selected entry time. We use timed entry to create a more enjoyable experience for you! (LESS WAIT TIME!!)
Once we have used our ticket can we go through the same attraction again with the same ticket?
No, your ticket grants you a one-time admission to each attraction.
I lost my ticket, will you replace it for me?
We do not offer refunds or discounts for lost tickets.
Once I have used my ticket to get in, will I have to wait in a line again?
There is a virtual queue line to enter each separate attraction. If you wish to have a reduced wait, a fast pass is available for an additional purchase.
I purchased a ticket, but I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, there are no refunds on ticket sales.
I purchased a ticket, but I can no longer attend. Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Absolutely. Just email them your ticket to present at the entrance. Please note tickets are scanned.
What payment types do you accept at the event?
All major credit cards and cash can be used to purchase food, drinks, carnival games and merchandise at Fear Reach Scream Park.
Do you offer discounts?

When can I use a coupon?
If you have a coupon to Fear Reach Scream Park, please read it carefully to see what days they can be used.
Do you offer discounted rates for children?
Sorry, we do not offer special prices for children. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you offer group rates and reservations?
Yes, for groups of 15 or more. Group ticket sales must be arranged in advance and cannot be purchased at the door. Note: Groups will be divided into 4-6 people at a time when entering any of the haunted attractions. To purchase group tickets, please contact [email protected].
What are the prices for the different haunted attractions?
You will pay one ticket price for all three haunted houses. Please visit our Tickets page for this year’s pricing.

HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS
How scary is Fear Reach Scream Park?
That all depends on the individual! We encourage to read our reviews on Google and Facebook to hear what guests have thought.
Can I wear sandals or flip flops?
Enter at your own risk. We have uneven floors, turf, and dirt in some areas and the scares are very intense and sandals or flip flops are NOT recommended. We are not responsible for lost sandals, flip flops or other personal items.
Are there live animals, reptiles, or insects inside?
No, we do not condone the use of live animals in attractions.
Can we touch the actors or props?
Contact with our actors is prohibited. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you are caught touching our actors or props.
Do you charge for parking?
No, parking is free!
Do you have clowns/chainsaws?
Yes, we do.
Do you have strobe lights, loud noises, or fog?
Yes, we have all of that. Only proceed if you do not have issues with these.
If I get too scared to make it through the haunted house, can I get a refund?
No. You paid us to scare you. If you get scared in the line or in the first few rooms and want to leave, we have done what you paid us to do very quickly.
Can I get out if I want to?
Yes, we have emergency exits if you need to leave an attraction early.
Once I have used my ticket to get in, will I have to wait in a line again?
There is one virtual queue line to enter each attraction.
When is the best arrival time to avoid a long line?
We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before your timed ticket. There is no entry before the time on your ticket. We request you purchase tickets in advance to reduce wait times.
Are the attractions the same this year?
This year is a brand new experience at Fear Reach Scream Park. We have 3 new haunted attractions, plus food, drink, live music, games and more.
What can’t we bring with us inside your haunted houses?
No pets! No cameras! No smoking! No laser pointers or flashlights! No food or beverages! No weapons! This includes but is not limited to: mace, firearms, knifes, and martial arts weapons. We are not responsible for lost cell phones or other personal items. If you purchase food or beverage while in the queue line you will be asked to finish it before entering the attraction.
Can we take pictures or video?
NO photography or video of any sort is allowed after you enter the attraction. In addition, all cell phones must remain off or in silent mode once you enter the attraction. Guests will be removed if disturbing others’ experience with cell phone lights. We are not responsible for lost cell phones.

Is smoking allowed?
There is smoking allowed in designated areas in the midway.
Are the haunted houses wheel chair accessible?
No, our haunted attractions are not wheel chair accessible. The midway and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Are there any warnings?
All patrons assume ALL RISK and DANGER incidental to Fear Reach Scream Park and Far Reach Ranch, BEFORE, DURING or AFTER the attraction. NOT RECOMMENDED for pregnant women; people with high blood pressure, back, neck, health, hearing or heart ailments: or phobias. NO PACEMAKERS! NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 ADMITTED WITHOUT A GUARDIAN. The floors are uneven, you WILL be enveloped by creeping fog and vapors. WATCH YOUR STEP!! YOU WILL BE VIDEOTAPED AND COULD BE BROADCAST ON OUR WEBSITES WITH NO COMPENSATION. By entering Fear Reach Scream Park. or any of its affiliates, you waive any injury or talent claims whatsoever and accept these terms and conditions. Specifically, you claim no copyright interest in your image if used as part of any websites, any video images, or any promotional materials for Fear Reach Scream Park. or others. Can we be thrown out or denied entry for any reason?
Yes, for the safety of all our guests we do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, drugs or alcohol, etc. If our security team determines you are under the influence of and drugs or alcohol you may be denied entry or removed from the premises. We do not offer refunds if you are thrown out or denied entry.
Do your attractions have security?
Yes, we have an internal security team and a police presence during our events. Rarely do we have a problem that requires security, but we have them just in case.
Can I go through the house if I am pregnant?
The houses are dark with uneven floors. Our Haunted Attractions are NOT RECOMMENDED for pregnant women; people with high blood pressure, back, neck, health, hearing or heart ailments. NO PACEMAKERS!
Are your attractions open if it rains?
Yes! Our attractions are mostly indoors.
If we are closed due to inclement weather, It will be posted at the top of the homepage by 6:30. If we are closed, your ticket can be moved to another night. There are no refunds.
Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes while inside the haunted attractions?
No. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to wear costumes or masks inside Fear Reach Scream Park. If you are wearing facial makeup you will be asked to wipe it off.
Is it a maze? Is it dark?
The attractions themselves are not mazes, but some of the attractions have mazes inside them and it is possible that you can get very confused. And yes, it is dark!
Are your attractions rides?
No, guests walk through all the attractions.
Are there any age restrictions?
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Generally, we think the youngest age should be around 11 or 12, but it really depends on your child. If you have a child that can watch scary movies and is not frightened, then they are probably OK to go through. However, if the child is easily startled or frightened by scary images, you may want to wait until they are a little bit older. There are many emergency exits throughout each attraction in case anyone gets too scared to continue. No refunds will be provided.
Are the actors allowed to touch you?
ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! You may be touched and it is possible you may brush up against their costumes, props, or some of the sets and decor. You may also be grabbed by a member of your own group or even a terrified stranger experience the haunt alongside you.
How long does it take to go through the haunted houses?
The length of time varies for haunted houses.
