FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What are your hours of operation?
FRSP opens at 7pm each night. Closing time varies, please see the calendar. Haunted attractions open at dark. Please see our Calendar for dates of operation.
Are there age requirements?
This is a recommended PG-13 event. Children attending under the age of 12 are required to be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) for the entire duration of the event; including inside the haunted attractions.
What is your weather policy?
Most FRSP are indoors and will operate rain or shine. However, in the case of severe weather, cancellations may occur. Severe weather cancellations will be posted on the main page of the FRSP website by 6:30pm. Tickets purchased for these nights can be used for another night. There are no refunds.
What forms of payment do you accept at the event?
All major credit cards and cash can be used for food, beverage, merchandise, and carnival games and Fear Reach Scream Park. Please note that tickets must be purchased online ahead of time.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available at the event and is free of charge!
When should I arrive?
It is recommended to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your time ticket. The entrance line forms about 30 minutes prior to the park opening.
TICKETS & ENTRY
How do I purchase tickets?
We highly recommend purchasing tickets online and ahead of time on our website [link]. A limited number of tickets may be available at the door for purchase; walk up tickets are not guaranteed.Tickets be printed or presented on your phone at entry. Tickets include entry into the park and one time admission into all three haunted attractions.
Can I come before my ticket time?
When purchasing tickets, you will select an entry time window. You are not able to enter Fear Reach Scream Park prior to your entry time. This allows all guests to experience lower wait times.
How does your Virtual Queue work?
You are able to scan a QR code at the front of each attraction to enter the Virtual Queue. This will allow you time to enjoy the food, merchandise and PitchFork Parlor (21+). Guests will receive a notification when it is their time to return. Guests are admitted to each attraction once.
Do you offer a Speed Pass for the attractions?
Yes, Speed Pass is available for purchase here [link]. Guests may enter at any time with their Speed Pass (once per attraction).
Do you have Group Rates?
Yes, for groups of 15 or more. Group ticket sales must be arranged in advance and cannot be purchased at the door. Note: Groups will be divided into 4-6 people at a time when entering any of the haunted attractions. To purchase group tickets, please contact [email protected].
Do you offer discounts?
There are no regular discounts; but special offers will be posted on our social media pages.
Cancellation, Refunds, Exchange:
ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person to be used. Replacements/Discounts are not offered for any lost tickets. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.
SAFETY & ACCESSIBILITY
Are your attractions wheelchair accessible?
No, the haunted attractions are not wheelchair accessible. The PitchFork Parlor Midway, and Restrooms are all wheelchair accessible.
Are the restrooms available?
Yes, there are restrooms and porta-johns available.
What should I wear?
Fear Reach Scream Park is hosted at a working farm. Closed toed and comfortable shoes are highly recommended. Long pants and bug repellent are also recommended. Enter at your own risk.
Is there security at the event?
Yes, there will be FRSP security and Law Enforcement present. For the safety of all our guests we do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, drugs or alcohol, etc. If our security team determines you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you may be denied entry or removed from the premises. There are no refunds for guests who are asked to leave.
Are there any prohibited items?
No alcohol, illegal paraphernalia, weapons of any kinds, firearms, laser pointers, or pets are permitted on property. No outside food or drink. Smoking/Vaping is restricted to designated areas.
Health and Safety Warnings:
All patrons assume ALL RISK and DANGER incidental to Fear Reach Scream Park and Far Reach Ranch, BEFORE, DURING or AFTER the attraction. NOT RECOMMENDED for pregnant women; people with high blood pressure, back, neck, health, hearing or heart ailments: or phobias. The floors are uneven, you WILL be enveloped by creeping fog and vapors. WATCH YOUR STEP!!
HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS
Can the actors touch me, can I touch them?
You will not be intentionally touched, but it is possible you may brush up against actors’ costumes, props, or some of the sets and decor. You may also be grabbed by a member of your own group or even a terrified stranger experiencing the haunt alongside you. Guests are never allowed to touch actors, props, or sets. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave without a refund.
What types of scary things are in your scary houses?
Fear Reach Scream Park Haunted Attractions are designed to scare you in good PG-13 fun! You will encounter darkness, fog, strobe lights, loud noises, gore, chainsaw, clowns, and more! You are able to use emergency exits in the attraction if needed. We encourage you to read reviews on Google and Social Media.There are no refunds or readmittance if you leave an attraction early.
Are there live animals, reptiles or insects?
No, we do not use live animals in attractions.
Can I take photo or video?
NO photography or video of any sort is allowed after you enter the attraction. In addition, all cell phones must remain off or in silent mode once you enter the attraction. Guests will be removed if disturbing others’ experience with cell phone lights. We are not responsible for lost cell phones. Photo and video is highly encouraged at PitchFork Parlor and in the Midway.
Can I wear a costume or mask?
No. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to wear costumes or masks inside Fear Reach Scream Park. If you are wearing facial makeup you will be asked to wipe it off.
